Our journey with lifestyle diseases started a decade back because of the way it had impacted our quality of living. We struggled to enjoy life with the constant fear and guilt of leading an unhealthy routine. The ever increasing dependence on medicines and non-sustainable nutritional advice put us at an increased risk of health complications.
